This direction is closed. A revised direction, which DfE issued in May 2024, replaces it.
This direction requires the council to take steps to improve its children’s social care services.
It follows:

Ofsted’s inspection report of North East Lincolnshire Council local authority children’s services published 26 November 2021 that judged services to be inadequate across all sub judgements
