Details
The purpose of this circular is to draw attention to:
- the amendments and explain the changes they make to the Building Regulations 2010
- the publication of a new Approved Document T
- the publication of Amendment booklets for Approved Document M and Approved Document G
The circular also sets out transitional provisions.
The changes made to the Building Regulations apply only to buildings and building work in England. Approved Document T was published 15 May 2024, and come into force on 1 October 2024.
