Kamar Williams, 33 (21.01.91), lives in the Isle of Dogs and is known to frequent east and south east London.
Members of the public should not approach him if they see him.

The investigation is led by Detective Chief Inspector Mark Rogers from the Met’s Specialist Crime (Homicide) Command.
He said: “The last sighting of Williams was at around 19:15hrs on Saturday, 3 August, when officers acting on intelligence stopped a car in Westbourne Avenue, at the junction with Burntash Hill, SE9.
“As officers approached the vehicle on foot, the car drove off and collided with a number of others. A number of people sustained minor injuries but fortunately, none of them were serious.
“Williams then decamped and made off. A woman was arrested.
“We believe Williams sustained a leg injury and later received hospital treatment for this.
“We believe there could be people helping him, by either providing shelter or helping him to move around.
“Anyone who is assisting him should be highly aware that they could land themselves in very serious trouble. I would urge anyone who might be involved to think long and carefully about what they are doing.
“Kamar, if you are reading this, we are working 24/7 to trace you and will not stop. Do the right thing and go to a police station immediately.”
